30-day money-back guarantee
- One trip (Weekend $49, or Weekend + Texts $109): email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. The same applies to the $60 texting add-on.
- Group plan ($199 per year): the same 30-day guarantee applies to your first year's payment.
Renewals and cancelling
The Group plan renews each year until you cancel, and you keep access through the end of the year you've paid for. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
How to ask
Email info@thetrip.golf from the address on your account, with the trip name. Refunds go back to the original card and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. A refunded trip drops back to the free plan.
Free plan
There's nothing to refund on the free plan.
